Your 10-session packs are valid for 3 months, giving you flexibility if work or life gets busy. If you know you’ll be away, we can adjust your programme or carry sessions over so you don’t lose progress.

For in-person training, all equipment is provided at the Chiswick and Hammersmith facilities. For hybrid and online coaching, I’ll build your programme around what you have — from full gym access to a pair of dumbbells at home.

Yes. I work with everyday athletes who’ve had previous niggles or injuries. Your sessions will be tailored to your needs — focusing on safe progressions, movement quality, and building confidence. I also work closely with physiotherapists and sports medical teams to ensure we are progressing in a safe and sustainable manner.

Off-Peak: Weekdays 09:00–16:30 (quieter gyms, lower price per session).
On-Peak: Early mornings, evenings, and weekends (high-demand times).

No. You can start with the 2-Session Trial (£130) or a single session. Most clients move to a Pack or Hybrid once we have worked together — but there’s no pressure.
