I'm Paul. I first walked into a gym as a teenager in rural Ireland, shorter, chunkier, and with next to no strength, and discovered that strength meant far more than what you could lift.
Over a decade and 400+ clients later, I've worked with national level athletes, post-surgery rehab cases, and busy professionals who simply want to feel capable again. The principles are always the same.

This works best for people ready to commit to consistent training over months, not a six-week challenge or a quick fix. If you're looking for a bootcamp-style programme or fast results with minimal effort, I'm probably not the right coach for you, and I'd rather tell you that now than after you've booked.

Yes, whether you're a busy professional who wants to feel strong and capable again, an athlete working on a specific goal, or coming back from an injury or a long layoff. Every programme starts with understanding your history, your schedule, and how you actually move, not a generic template. In our first session together, I'll assess your movement, talk through your goals, and we'll agree honestly on whether this is the right fit and where to start.

Most clients train 1 to 3 times a week in-person, depending on your goals, schedule, and experience. We'll agree a realistic frequency together in your first session rather than starting with an ambitious plan you can't sustain. Consistency over months matters far more than intensity in any single week.

Sessions take place in dedicated coaching studios in Chiswick and Hammersmith, not a corner of a crowded commercial gym floor. No waiting for equipment, no distractions, just a space built for focused, one-to-one coaching.

No. Most clients start knowing very little about how to train properly, and that's exactly the starting point I expect. You don't need any prior experience, existing strength, or gym confidence before your first session. That’s what I’m here for.
