  • Your plan adjusts - you won’t lose sessions or progress. Life happens; we plan for it.

  • This is highly dependent on the injury. Let’s discuss this in our first call and see whether this is something we can address in the structure of the programming or using rehabilitation exercises.

    If it’s an old injury the aim is to build you back stronger and pain-free.

  • I believe communication is the key driver in the success of a program. With the online program, you will receive:

    Weekly Accountability Check-ins

    Technique video analysis of exercises.

    Body composition monitoring *optional.

    Access to coaching support via email or mobile application.

    Recurrent monthly feedback video consultations.

    Zoom / Google Hangout Personal Training sessions are available for those who choose the Online Coaching Package.

  • In-person sessions will use my West London facilities, and online plans are built around whatever you’ve got.

    While the program will be designed for your lifestyle and situation, from experience, better results are achieved with gym accessibility.

  • Chiswick (Forge Society) and Hammersmith (Revival PT Studio) - both easy to get to with parking and public transport nearby.
