FAQ

What if I miss a week? +
Your plan adjusts — you won't lose sessions or progress. Life happens and we plan for it. If you know you'll be away, we can shift sessions or adjust the remote programme to keep momentum going.
Can I do this with an injury? +
It depends on the injury — let's discuss in the first call. For old injuries the aim is to build you back stronger and pain-free. I work closely with physiotherapists and sports medical teams where needed to ensure safe, sustainable progression.
Where are sessions held? +
Chiswick (Forge Society Members Club — 3 mins from Stamford Brook Station) and Hammersmith (Revival PT Studio — 5 mins from Ravenscourt Park Station). Both have parking and easy public transport access.
Do I need my own equipment? +
No — in-person sessions use fully equipped S&C facilities in West London. For your remote programme days, I'll build the plan around whatever you have access to, from a full gym to a pair of dumbbells at home.
What support do I get between sessions? +
Full WhatsApp access for quick questions, weekly accountability check-ins, video technique feedback on your lifts, and a remote programme via the coaching app so you're never guessing what to do on your own days.
Can I pay in instalments? +
Yes — the Reset can be split into 3 monthly payments of £800, making it £800/month across the programme. Get in touch to discuss this when you book your consult.
What happens after the 12 weeks? +
At week 12 we retest, review your results, and map out your next phase — whether that's another Reset, transitioning to Hybrid Coaching, or continuing with a Progress Pack. You won't be left without a plan.
